Different partnerships, mostly international, for every project operated by the association. E.g. the NETCO project is formed by a partnership among the City of Barcelona (coordinator), the city of Bologna, Urban Lab, the Fund for public housing of the municipality of Ljubljana, the city of Strasbourg, the city of Zagreb, the city of Oslo, the city of Eindhoven, the Brussels Regional Public Service, the Cluj Metropolitan Area Intercommunity Development Association, the metropolitan city of Lyon, the city of Dresden, the city of Amsterdam , city of Thessaloniki, id22-Institute for Creative Sustainability and South of Scotland Community Housing.
The strategic directions drawn for the Cluj Metropolitan Area (ZMC) are:
- Increasing knowledge-based economic competitiveness;
- Development and modernization of transport infrastructure;
- Protecting and improving the quality of the environment;
- Developing human resources, increasing employment and combating social exclusion;
- Developing the rural economy and increasing productivity in the agricultural sector;
- The balanced participation of all municipalities in the Cluj metropolitan area in the socio-economic development process (NETCO project).
Financed by Norway Grants, ADI-ZMC is composed of 58 territorial unit representatives from Cluj county. Their project NETCO is financed by the Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values (CERV) program of the European Commission.
The collection of a moltitudine of fund to pursue set objectives that aim at empowering the local community.
